Craniosacral Balancing

Our brains and spinal cord are bathed in healing craniosacral fluid. Subtle adjustments to the cranial bones, the sacrum, and other constricted areas in the body help this fluid move more freely, facilitating healing on many levels. The client remains clothed during sessions.

Polarity Energy Therapy

Polarity combines Western bodywork techniques with Eastern ayurvedic, chakra and energetic healing systems. The tools of structural bodywork, touch, verbal counseling, stretching, polarity yoga and more assist the client in connecting to his/her own innate healing resources. The client remains clothed during sessions.

Energetic Massage

Using oils and lotions directly on skin, traditional massage techniques are joined with polarity and craniosacral energy work to give a very grounding and sensual healing experience. As with traditional massage, the client is undressed and lies under draped sheets.
